WARM UP -

   EMOM x 10 min

 High Hang Squat Clean (above knee) + Low Hang Squat Clean (below knee) + Squat Clean (from floor) + Jerk

  • Do 1 of each movement EMOM without putting bar down
  • You choose a challenging weight (don't cheat yourself)

 WOD - 

    Double Unders 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

        * 7 Hang Power Cleans between each round of DUs @ 115/75
