WARM UP -

WOD - 

    "Fight Gone Bad"

   3 or 5 rounds, rotating each minute:

  • Wall Ball  20/14
  • SDHP  75/55
  • Box Jumps 20"
  • Push Press  75/55
  • Cal Rows
  • Rest

SKILL  - 

     Not For Time 

  • Ring Rows -- 4 x 10
  • Hip Extensions -- 75-100 reps (break this up as needed. Hold weight if possible)
