WARM UP - Coach's choice

STRENGTH - E2MOM x 20 mins complete...1 Pausing Squat Clean + 1 Pausing Front Squat

  • Start at 65% of 1RM Squat Clean. 
  • Pause 2 seconds at the bottom of both the Clean & the Front Squat
  • INCREASE weight as possible each round. Get heavy!
  • We are working on catching the bar in the correct position & then driving out of the hole.

  • 80 Wall Balls
  • 60 Cal Row
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 20 Cal Row
