  • 100 Burpees
  • 80 Sit Ups
  • 60 Air Squats
  • 40 Ball Slams
  • 20 Jumping Lunges

   Finish by running 800 meters

* Partners can break up reps between them however they would like but must finish all reps of one movement before moving on to the next.
