Heavy D Ball

Note: One partner works at a time unless it is a partner movement

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner A – Run 400m

Partner B – AMRAP of:

5 D Ball Over Bar 90/70

10 Single Arm DB OH Lunge (5 ea side) 40/30

25 Double Unders
