 STRENGTH PROGRAM - Week 5

   * all weights should be 5-10 pounds more than last successful lift for each movement

  • Back Squat 1 x 20
  • Deadlift 1 x 15
  • Shoulder Press 2 x10

ACCESSORY WORK - 

  • DB Rows 4 x 10 (one knee on bench, flat back)
  • Accumulate 3 mins of Weighted Plank Hold
