STRENGTH -

   1. Deadlift Program - Week  4

                Suggested warm up to 90% ...    5 @ 50%, 3 @ 65%, 3 @ 75%, 2 @ 80-85% 

   2. Bench Press Program or Push Up Program (below)

  • Push Up Program = 8 sets of 70% of your max reps
  • Rest no more than 2 mins between sets
