WARM UP -

STRENGTH / SKILL -

   20 Mins to complete... 5 rounds of

                     4 Shoulder Press + 3 Push Press + 2 Jerk

      * Start with 60-65% of your Shoulder Press 1RM, increase each round if possible 

WOD -

     100 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24"/20"

         * EMOM stop & do 3 HSPUs (scale # of HSPUs as needed)
