What do you do when you are not at Turn2Crossfit?

I've been at home dad for 4 years, prior to that I worked in Emergency Services.

How did you find out about Crossfit?

My sister had been a member of a Crossfit box for a few years, and suggested I try it. Mike Wooten is my neighbor, and I expressed my interest and he told me about Turn2crossfit.

What is your favorite WOD/movement?

Cleans and deadlifts

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?

Wallballs and Double Unders battle for my least favorite.

What would your perfect WOD look like?

What is one thing you have done at Turn2 that you never thought you would?

Bar muscle ups

What motivates you during a WOD?

Knowing I can lay on the floor when its over.

Honestly pushing to get better everyday, and knowing that everyone there is making themselves better one day at a time and sharing that with people is an extremely motivating thing.

What is something about yourself that we may not know?

I have webbed toes.

What advice would you give to someone just getting started with Crossfit?

Don't worry about your finish time, or how much you lift. Focus on pushing yourself to your own limits.
