WARM UP - 

   Coach's Choice

SKILL - 

   20 Mins to find a Heavy 1RM - Snatch (power or squat)

WOD - 

   Partner WOD - Teams of Two 

  • 100 Thrusters @ 95/65

            * every 10 reps, stop & do 4-10 pull ups (choose a # before starting)

            * Partner A can do their pull ups immediately after their thrusters and while Partner B is doing thrusters

            * if either partner drops the bar before completing 10 reps, both partners must do 5 burpee penalty
