SKILL -  

7 rounds of 3 Pausing Front Squats

  • Rx = 65/95
  • Adv = 95/135
  • Squat below parallel, pause and count 10 seconds. Then, stand half way up and count 5 seconds. Then, stand up all the way. That is 1 rep.


WOD - 

    10 min AMRAP   

  • 25 Double Unders   
  • 10 DB (or KB) Snatch - 35/50   
  • 5  HSPU
